How NXT GEN collects, uses and protects personal information for players and parents. This is placeholder wording and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before launch.

Last updated: placeholder date. Replace before launch.

NXT GEN ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the players and parents who use our services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it and how we look after it. Because we work with young people, we take particular care with the information families share with us.

Lawful basis

We process information to take steps at your request and to provide our services, to meet our legitimate interests in running sessions safely, to comply with legal and safeguarding obligations, and on the basis of your consent where required, for example for marketing images.

Photo and video consent

We only use images or video of players where a parent or guardian has given consent. You can decline on the booking form and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent will not affect your player's place.

Any medical information you share is treated as confidential and used only to keep your player safe during sessions. It is shared with coaching staff on a need-to-know basis and stored securely.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your information. We may share limited information with trusted providers who help us operate, such as booking or payment tools, and with emergency or medical services where necessary to protect a player. Any providers are expected to keep information secure.
