These terms apply to all bookings and enquiries made with NXT GEN. By booking a session, camp or programme you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the player. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Bookings and payment
- A place is confirmed once we have accepted your booking and received any required payment.
- Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Any prices shown on this website are placeholders.
- Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
Cancellations and refunds
- If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as possible. Placeholder cancellation windows and refund terms to be confirmed before launch.
- If we cancel a session or camp, we will offer a suitable alternative date or a refund.
- Missed sessions without notice may not be refundable. Placeholder wording.
Parent and guardian responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, age and medical information for the player.
- Ensure the player arrives on time with suitable footwear, shin pads and water.
- Agree drop-off and collection arrangements, particularly for younger players.
- Inform us of any changes to medical information before a session.
Player conduct
We want every player to enjoy a positive, focused environment. We ask players to listen to coaches, respect others and give their best effort. We reserve the right to address behaviour that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Safeguarding
- Player welfare is our priority. Coaching staff hold relevant safeguarding certification and disclosure checks.
- We operate clear policies on supervision, conduct and communication.
- Concerns about a player's welfare will be handled in line with safeguarding good practice.
Health, safety and medical
- Football involves a risk of injury. By taking part, you accept the normal risks of the activity.
- You must disclose relevant medical conditions so coaches can support the player safely.
- In an emergency, and where a parent cannot be reached, we may seek appropriate medical assistance.
Photography and media
We may take photos or short video at sessions and camps, and use them for coaching feedback or promotion only where consent has been given. You can opt out on the booking form or withdraw consent at any time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability is limited as set out in the final published terms. Placeholder wording to be completed by a qualified adviser.
Changes to sessions
Occasionally we may need to change a venue, time or coach. We will give as much notice as possible and offer a suitable alternative where a change materially affects your booking.
